You'll make it!! Go Superwoman! hey, did you get my email about the Behr paint/stain rebate? I actually found out tonight when we were at Lowes that they are having the same deal on Valspar products too! Good luck.
Leslie- I did get the email. I had already bought stain but thanks for the info!
J- I am sanding down my deck and sushi is gone from 5:50 in the morning until the evenings so I get to do it. However, he did say he would help me this weekend and I intend to hold him to that.
Oh, I'm using a belt sander, and a contour sander, and a small some other kind of sander. I'm using them all. The most tedious part is sanding between the railings. The other tedious part is the beams holding the deck up, the belt sander helps with that but I have to stand on a ladder and sand and that is a little exhausting and intimidating.

Okay, I must have missed it. What are you sanding, and why? And where is Sushiboy? Make him sand, too!!!
Hope you all are doing well.

two words:
belt sander
it will knock the job out in no time, but they tend to be a little aggressive.

Oh, railings... I didn't even think about that. We have no railings, just benches around the perimeter of ours. Railings would be a pain to sand.
yep they are!
