I have been working SOOO hard this last month at the gym and trying to be good with my eating habits. Unfortunately, the scale says nothing has changed. I have, however, noticed that my pants are getting looser. So, I did measurements yesterday and I have lost 7 inches in the last month! Not all in one place, it's 2 inches here, 2 inches there, an inch here and there but 7 inches overall. And now that I am able to start working my core I hope I lose a lot more by next month! Yeah for me!
