So, this silly little blurb has been going around and getting posted on peoples status' on Facebook.
Shame on you America: the only country where we have homeless without shelter, children going to bed without eating, elderly going without needed meds, and mentally ill without treatment - yet we have a benefit for the people of Haiti on 12 TV stations. 99% of people won't have the guts to copy and repost this post
Really? Do you really believe that? That we're the ONLY country with homeless, hungry, elderly without meds and mentally ill without treatment? WOW, time to wake up and look around the world people.
We're one of the few contries with these people getting care. Most of the world has these problems. And I respectfully say that with a few exceptions, there are programs out there to help these people in these situations. We can provide a better life and opportunities to escape these problems.
Think before you repost something. That is all, rant is done.
