Just call me a lemming. . . .

Photobucket

Well, I'm jumping off the cliff. I ordered a cell phone today. I guess it's reaching a time in my business that I really do need one and there have been more and more instances that it would come in handy lately so, I'm jumping.

To be honest I have mixed feelings about the whole deal. It will be nice when I am running late or I'm lost to just pick up the phone and take care of things. However, I really like not being able to be found sometimes. Sigh, I guess I can just turn it off when I want to disappear.

On another note, Cookie is in swim lessons, cakes will be in them in a week and a half. Tank STILL has an ear infection, this is going on week three and let me tell ya, he is "such" a "delightful" baby when he is sick. It just makes me want to rush out and have a few more. lol, just kidding, I truly am greatful to have my beautiful kids but when he just sits and screams at me all day it's not so fun. I hope the newest round of antibiotics helps, plus the doctor sent home numbing ear drops, that should help. I have lost four pounds and I am continuing to work hard at losing more. I had to buy another swimming suit the other day because the old one was too small. :< It is getting better and it has only been six months, I will have my old body back. . . one day. Sushi is busy as always with work and school and can't wait for his break in the summer. We can't either! Oh, if any of you want to be a part of my anniversary sale for Pampered Chef let me know. Three lucky guest will win free or half price products. Just email me if you want more info. Well, that pretty much sums things up here. I'm glad to be joining the ranks of cell phone people. . . I suppose!

Welcome to the land of "cell phone users". I got my first one a couple months ago too! I just always forget to turn it on or charge it. It does come in handy some times though .... Good luck!

I've had a cellphone for about 15 years now. I can hardly remember what it was like not having one. But I know where you're coming from, I hate that people can call me, and I often just hit the 'ignore' button on my phone. I use mine mostly for data services and Twitter.

Katie- yeah, I considered a car charger, I'll get one if I really need to. I think it will be good, it really is time.

Nobody- which button is the ignore button??? J/K, I'll email you and ask if I need that info later! This is just a very basic phone that does text and talk, I considered getting something with internet but decided I probably wouldn't really need that very much.

The Wilson's will be in the crowd headed for the cliff shortly. We are trying to join a family plan, but need the account holder to do some leg work before we can get signed up. We can hardly wait. I hope Tank feels better soon, poor fella.

leslie- I hope he feels better soon too! He does seem happier, lets hope it sticks.

J- I emailed the info to your contact on your blog. I just got a prepaid plan with 1000 minutes that is good for a year through T- Mobile. I figure if I end up blowing through those minutes then I'll get on a regular plan, I'm just not sure how many minutes I'll need. If I end up on a regular plan though I'll have you text me!
